Completion: Meets BSIS requirements to apply for your Guard Card.
Online course must be finished before attending the in-person session. Course includes application fees and live scan fingerprints.

-32 hours continuing education (mandatory + elective courses)
Finish all 40 hours upfront to start fully prepared, gain confidence, and stay compliant.

Complete the first-year BSIS requirement with:
-4 mandatory courses: Public Relations, Observation & Documentation, Communication & Conflict Resolution, Liability & Legal Aspects
-4 elective courses: Evacuation & Emergency Procedures, Crowd Safety, Trespass, Courtroom Demeanor
Gain the skills to respond confidently, document accurately, and excel as a professional security officer.
This course covers the safe, effective, and legal use of chemical agents, including de-escalation, proper selection, handling, and documentation. The goal is to ensure responsible use with minimal risk to others.
Security officers are often first on scene, making first aid essential. In this course, you’ll learn to assess emergencies, manage common injuries (bleeding, burns, sprains, fractures), recognize serious conditions like heart attacks or strokes, handle blood-borne risks, and follow OSHA/CDC guidelines. Be prepared to respond quickly and confidently in any situation.
As a security officer, your main role is to observe and report, but in rare cases you may need to restrain someone. This course covers when it’s legally appropriate, how to safely use restraints, and how to avoid unnecessary risk or liability.
Students will receive the 8 hour California Baton course. This course must be taken in order for a Security Officer to carry a Baton. Includes course and all application fees.
Students will receive the 8 hour California Baton course. This course must be taken in order for a Security Officer to renew their Baton Permit. Includes course and all application fees.
Students will receive the 16 hour Exposed Firearm Permit course. This course must be taken in order for a Security Officer to be able to carry a firearm on-duty. Includes range fees, ammunition, firearm rental, application fee, and live scan fingerprints.
Exposed Firearm Permit holders are required to qualify four times during the two-year permit cycle. Permit holders will qualify with us and receive certification on their renewal form.
This fee is for individuals who wish to add additional calibers to their exposed firearm permit. The fee is $80 per additional caliber. The following calibers are allowable: .357, 10mm, .38, .40, .45, .380, & 9mm.
Students will receive the 16 Hour LAPD CCW course. Once completed, students will receive certification required in order to obtain your LAPD CCW. *This course is for students who reside in the City of Los Angeles and are applying with the Los Angeles Police Department for their CCW*.
Students will receive the Utah CCW course. Once completed, students will receive certification required in order to obtain your Utah CCW. This also includes rolled fingerprints and a passport photo.
Students will receive the Arizona CCW course. Once completed, students will receive certification required in order to obtain your Arizona CCW. This also includes rolled fingerprints and application review.
Students will receive both the Arizona and Utah CCW course for a discounted price. Once completed, students will receive certification required in order to obtain your Arizona and Utah CCW. This also includes rolled fingerprints and application review.
Designed for brand new shooters, this class covers everything you need to know about handguns and ammunition. Enjoy hands-on training at a private outdoor range in a safe, comfortable environment. Handgun rental and range fees included. Ammo available for purchase at the range.
